Ambition and Experience
Van Aalst Logistiek B.V. operates bulk liquid storage terminals, strategically located in five major European economies zoon in Netherlands. The management team has high level global experience of the energy and bulk storage industry, and we aim to grow our business and customer base by adding to our solution offering. To achieve this, we work constantly to upgrade, adapt and optimize our assets so that we maximize utilization. We have ambitions to extend our presence in Europe but will only do so when the right opportunities arise. Our strategy is driven by a goal to satisfy customers’ current and evolving needs. Due to this, we are concentrating on offering storage for chemicals, renewable resources, and synthetic goods in addition to innovative logistical services like tank container storage.
Local knowledge, lean structures
The terminals operated by Van Aalst Logistiek B.V. are connected to several local, regional, and international supply chains and markets. Successfully serving these markets requires the in-depth, “on the ground” knowledge that our people possess. As much as possible, decision-making is outsourced to local terminal management. As a result, we are able to operate with a small core team and enjoy an agile and entrepreneurial mindset throughout all of our activities. Since our establishment in 2016, this strategy has allowed us to establish a solid reputation for dependability and client service. We take pride in how well-oiled our workforce has remained during the Covid issue.
